Covid-19 Store Policy

There is a maximum of 4 customers in the store at any given time.

If the store is full, please kindly wait outside and a member of staff will let you in as soon as possible.
If you are visiting to browse our products, we ask you to limit your stay in store to a maximum of 15 minutes.

We ask all customers entering the store to wear a face covering.

With the exception of any medical conditions permitting to do so. We will provide disposable face masks for any customers who do not have one at the store entrance.

We also ask for customers to use the hand sanitiser provided when entering the store.

Hand sanitiser is located at the entrance of the store for use upon entry and at several locations around the store for use when demoing equipment.

If you would like to demo any of our products, please ask a member of staff before using the equipment.

Please do not touch any equipment without informing a member of staff. Staff need to be aware which items need sanitising in between customers.

Please always adhere to social distancing rules and keep at least 1 meter away from staff and other customers.

We have floor markers in place displaying where to queue.

Please stand directly in front of the counter shields and behind the white line.

When at the counter dealing with staff please stand directly in front of the counter shields and remain behind the white line on the floor which have been installed to protect both staff and customers.

We encourage contactless payment where possible.

We sanitize chip and pin machine between use if contact is required. Staff will wear gloves for handling cash.

Please note there is no customer toilet in the store.

Please do not eat or drink in the store.

Important Notice

To ensure customers with appointments are dealt with at their time of booking, we may on rare occasions ask customer that have not booked ahead to leave the store.

If you are completing a more involved sale or service matter, we ask you to leave the store temporarily at certain times during your visit.
For example, we may ask you to wait outside while we test your equipment, or we may also ask you to contact our telephone sales team to complete finance applications.
