Denon DJ has the only media player on the market that offers dual-layer playback with independent outputs for each layer. The LC6000 PRIME adds physical control over the second layer, making it easier than ever to perform using just one media player.

The LC6000’s plug and play connectivity with DJ software, provides the ultimate club experience over one or multiple software decks, further expanding creative possibilities for the professional DJ. Compatible with Virtual DJ, Algoriddim djay Pro AI & Serato DJ Pro (coming soon).

At the heart of the LC6000 PRIME is a full size 8.5”, capacitive touch jog wheel that features a high-definition central display. This colour display shows track artwork or a custom DJ logo, layered with play head position and other essential performance information.

Completing the creative toolset, the LC6000 PRIME has 8 robust multi-function performance pads offering Hot Cue, Loop, Roll, and Slicer for enhanced creativity and remixing ‘on-the-fly’. Alongside this, the LC6000 has a dedicated loop section and navigation control, giving DJs complete and confident control of their performance.

Introducing Engine DJ 3.3, the ultimate DJ software update featuring new revolutionising ways in which you can use your controller! The update includes the new Engine DJ Profiles, allowing users to easily access their streaming service accounts with one single sign in! Once set up, DJs can utilise and contribute to crowd-sourced metadata for tracks on supported streaming services.

Also new to Engine DJ are Match filters - easily find songs in your library lists compatible with songs loaded to the decks with these new, intelligent, and powerful filters.

Engine 3.3 OS features powerful new performance effects. Automatically apply an Echo effect to your mix by lowering a channel fader or moving the crossfader away from the mix-out deck, allowing for seamless transitions on the fly.

The new dynamic Phase Meter provides high visibility of the deck’s beat offset from the lead deck, perfect for creating seamless transitions and keeping your arrangement tight.

OS Improvements and Fixes

• Added an FX tab to the device Settings menu to better group FX options.
• Flanger Touch FX Amount can now be controlled using the Y-axis.
• Noise Gate Touch FX now features a volume slider for the Noise parameter.
• Fixed an issue where the Ping Pong effect parameter would not visually represent the state of the effect (PRIME 4 and PRIME 4+).
• Added the ability to long press the FX Select GUI element to select an effect.
• Ableton Link now has an offset time option to correct the phase.

The Engine DJ Desktop app has also had some new updates. Smartlists text fields (Album, Artist, Comment, Genre, Label, and Title) now have the following new conditions: does not contain, is equal to, is not equal to, begins with, ends with, empty - “true” or “false”; making sure you can easily coordinate your tracks.
