Kenton MERGE-8 - 8 in to 2 out Merge Box

The MIDI Merge-8 combines MIDI data from up to eight independent MIDI sources such as keyboards, controllers, sequencers and computers into a single MIDI data stream. The merged output is available simultaneously from both MIDI OUT ports, making it easy to distribute combined MIDI data throughout your setup.

Designed for comprehensive MIDI management, the unit merges all standard MIDI messages, including MIDI Clock, MIDI Time Code (MTC) and SysEx data (subject to the merging rules outlined in the user manual). For added flexibility, it can also be switched into a mode that provides two completely independent 4-input-to-1-output MIDI mergers, selectable via a recessed configuration button.

The MIDI Merge-8 features eight opto-isolated MIDI inputs and two MIDI outputs for reliable, noise-free operation. Housed in a robust enclosure and powered by an external mains adapter, it provides a dependable "fit-and-forget" solution for studio, live and installation environments. Compatible power supplies are available for the UK, EU, USA and Australian regions.
