How It Works

    1. Submit Your Repair Request: Fill out the repair request form below. A Bop DJ technician will assess your enquiry and respond within 24 hours with an estimate.
    2. Send Us Your Equipment: You can drop off your gear at one of our stores, send it via your own courier, or opt for our collection service (additional charge applies).
    3. Repair & Return: Once we receive your equipment, we’ll confirm the fault, notify you of any changes to the estimate, and complete the repair. If no parts are required, your equipment will be returned within five business days.
Please note: Delays may occur if spare parts are required, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
