INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PART EXCHANGE SERVICE

Our Part-Exchange service is the easiest & quickest way to sell your old DJ equipment - no auctions or seller fees and no making tedious listings on selling websites.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Part-Exchange Request Form: Fill out the part-exchange request form below. A Bop DJ sales executive will assess your enquiry and respond within 24 hours with an estimate.

2. Send Us Your Equipment: It couldn't be easier! We can collect your equipment for FREE via courier, or you can drop off your gear at one of our stores. You can also send it via your own courier if preferred.

3. Test & Inspect: Once we receive your equipment, we’ll test the unit, if there is an issue that was not mentioned to us when you described the condition, we will notify you of any changes to the quote. If everything is as you described, the estimate will not change.

4. Dispatch New Items or Return: Once you have accepted the final part exchange quote and paid any balance, we will dispatch your new item. If at any point you are unhappy with the quote we will return the items to you at our expense.
