The DDJ-REV5 has been designed for those who prefer an open-DJ format. Emulating the set-ups for the PLX and DJM-S series, the long tempo sliders found horizontally laid out at the top of the controller and the Performance Pads and Lever FX placed in the mixer section of the controller, this design provides for more dynamic performances.

For a true scratch experience, the jog wheels on the DDJ-REV5 are responsive and reliable. Whether you like the mix with a light or heavy feel you can customise the jog wheels to your liking, and both include a display with play head position.

The MAGVEL FADER found at the bottom on the middle section is slick, robust and ready for every small movement. It is the perfect choice for the precise scratching on the DDJ-REV5.

The DDJ-REV5 makes creating live remixes and mash-ups easy with the dedicated Stems buttons. Found above the jog wheels, the stems buttons - split into Vocals, Melody, Bass & Drums - are conveniently placed so you can get creative with your mixes. Similarly to the hidden feature also found on the the DDJ-FLX10, you can use shift and CUE to turn the EQ knobs on the selected tracks into isolators, giving you full control over the total amount of input running out of the mixer.

Which ever way you decide to use Stems, they're mapped to both rekordbox & Serato DJ so whichever way you prefer to mix - you can put the creativity into your own hands.

Take your mix from 120BPM to 180BPM with the Auto BPM Transition - it's that easy! The Auto BPM Transition feature found below the Tempo & Pitch fader on each deck on the DDJ-REV5 gradually changes the tempo of a track over a set number of beats to match the next track you're bringing in. This gives your hands more freedom so you can focus on other elements of the mix you're making!

Using the 16 performance pads found in the middle of the controller, the DDJ-REV5 features Piano Play Mode. The top row of performance pads act as black keys found on pianos, whilst the below row act as the white keys. They move in semitones and always stay in key, as if you're playing the piano! This awesome feature in the DDJ-REV5 means you can express yourself further within your mixes.

A wide variety of inputs and outputs includes an XLR master out that’s perfect for use in professional environments. Also, the 2 USB Type-C ports for PC/Mac make it easy to swap between DJs with a simple flick of a switch on the controller.

When the DDJ-REV5 is plugged into a PC/Mac running the latest version of Serato DJ Pro or rekordbox, the relevant application can be used for free.
